Oooh… they are cute.
I’ve had a vague desire for a pet sloth ever since the Aubrey/Maturin novel where Maturin temporarily had one as a pet (I think he eventually left it in Mauritius with a priest or something, as the poor thing hated cold climates).
Wow, I’m dorky on EVERY level.

Shh!!! Most of the world knows me only for big parties, fancy shoes, overpriced lipstick, and my terrible love of fancy booze!
Hmm… I just made myself sound like an eccentric flapper…. a FLAPPER with a PET SLOTH!!!!!
Perhaps I need to write a period novel….

This was the brief ray of sunshine in an otherwise cloudy day.
I want the “EXTREME” thrill of walking my sloth. Ahh the speed of .5km /hr. Think about it, you wont need a yard, just some trees. Dirty/dusty pits of dog parks are a thing of the past. join the cultural-nerdy with a sloth pet!
Id name my moonbeams. Or Regiwlad.
