How’s it going?

24 Apr

This has been my life as of late:

Lots of clutter, not much time for straightening, but clutter coming from good things, and making time here and there. And amidst all the clutter there are little jewels waiting for me. A weaving friend gave me this yellow yarn below. I have plans for a skirt. She also gave me some white and blue. The plans were a yellow warp with bits of blue and a white weft. But then I saw these beautiful pillows at World Market and I began wishing I had some green to mix in. I had just about decided to go looking to buy something when this lovely green arrived in the mail from my mom (from my grandma’s estate). Ooh, you can also almost make out my namesake’s army hat in that picture. I need to put that up somewhere. Shame on me.
