In my neck of the woods it’s pork and sauerkraut (something about rooting ahead and money). Mom made me seitan.

    I read this post SEVERAL times before I finally saw “mom made me seitan.” I was so confused. I was like… OK… pork? Wha? That can’t be right… did I miss something? And I had!

    Seitan! My universe is back to normal.
