Broa (Portuguese Corn Bread)

This was fantastic. I had tried the master recipe from this book and didn’t like it as much as I liked the fridge dough recipe I had been using. This new one was too crusty for my tastes, the one from ethical pizza is much chewier. But this Broa was fantastic. I’m excited to try more of the recipes.

    I hadn’t really considered this recipe out of the book but now you have me interested in trying it!
