When I was in undergrad there was a bagel and smoothie shop that I went to all the time. They had the very best smoothie. I would steal glances to try to figure out how they made it. And then eventually I just asked. And they told me:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (I use oat milk)
- 2 Tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 Tablespoon honey (I had been using agave, but am now in love with the honey substitute I found at Ethique Nouveau the other day)
- ice to desired consistency
In the picture below I added some flax and chia seeds cause I had them on hand.
